Fitted with a 10.1-inch resistive color touchscreen, this model runs Google's Android 2.1 "Eclair" operating system and offers full support of Microsoft's Windows XP, Vista and 7-serious platforms.

Product Shot 2 Android Market integration provides users with an array of pre-installed business and productivity applications right out of the box, with thousands more available than span such categories as music, photography, games, navigation and social networking. In addition, the "AbbsLib" feature helps notify users when their current applications are eligible for upgrade, and can also identify which programs will function best on the Arnova 10. A front-facing VGA digital camera is included for videoconferencing needs through services like Skype and Google Chat, with an accompanying microphone to ensure clear voice transmission. Two stereo speakers have been fitted on the back side of the unit for direct audio playback, with all major file types supported including Mp3, WAV and FLAC. The high-resolution TFT LCD display enables HD content playback up to 720p resolution for movie and internet video playback, with a virtual QWERTY keyboard available for a realistic typing experience. WiFi connectivity enables internet browsing via local networks, and file transfers are accomplished through USB 2.0.

Jehnavi: #archos_arnova_10 I bought one of these in hong kong it broke down after a week then i sent it back to the shop after a month i got it back supposed to be fixed worked ok for a week and broke down again ... contacted customer support and still no help....very dissappointed with the product
