Like its peer, it runs on Windows XP and offers basic internet/communications functionality: 1.3MP webcam, microphone, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, and 802.11b/g connectivity. Signature to the Premium P is its video capability, as it can handle 720p high-definition playback on its 7” WSVGA display. Even more important is the integrated GPS receiver and Sirf Starlll engine, which allows users to take advantage of any Windowx XP navigation software to lookup an address. Added to that an optional car-kit and the Viliv X70EX Premium P turns into an automobile GPS receiver.
